Congrats Michele Kusma!
We're thrilled to announce Michele Kusma as the 2015 Ultimate Celery Champion! We fell head-over-heels for Michele's creative use of celery in her Celery Noodle Chicken Pad Thai recipe. However, Michele has decided to compete in the dessert category of The World Food Championships, so our first runner up, Julie Beckwith, will take her place in the competition. Julie wowed us with her Linguine with Celery Leaf-Basil Pesto and Celery Gremolata. Way to go ladies and good luck to both of you!
